The Production Line is one of the newly designed models of the Mono-Block type. Regular production of positive and negative offset printing plates. This includes the production of sundries chemicals like positive and negative developers, plate cleaner, gum finisher and fountain solution. Consistency of the quality of our products are maintained by on-line standard operating procedures, frequent quality control tests and automatic laser quality scanning system for inspection. Through this system, the quality in each manufacturing step can be controlled so that total quality assurance of the product can be confirmed. It has a well-equipped laboratory for raw material testing to select the best raw materials for the manufacturing of Lithographic plates and sundries. Each section is connected to a main desk computer through sensors so any variation on any of the parameters above or below specified ranges will be detected and indicated over this central main computer. With this system in place, appropriate steps can be taken immediately to provide consistent quality to our products.
